So I was on Facebook and saw this picture but when I opened it the link wouldn’t take me to where it came from, just the picture. So I’m not really sure where this craft came from but it looks so freaking cute and simple, I had to share it!
This craft would be super fun and cute with some little tiny kid hands!!
What you will need:
- Ornaments
- Paint
- Paint brush
- Super glue/hot glue gun
- Felt
What you will do is:
- Paint your child’s (our your) itty bitty little hand white while singing “do you want to build a snowman” from Frozen (or that’s how I would do it). Don’t put too much, just enough to transfer onto the ornament. If there’s too much paint it will just smear and make a mess.
- Then what you will need to do is place the ornament in the hand with fingers spread apart. Slowly put your fingers evenly around the ornament to get your hand print evenly onto the ornament. After you have got your hand print onto the ornament, open your hand and let the paint dry!
- Add some snowflakes around your snowmen along with eyes, nose, and a mouth onto your finger marks to make them look like snowmen!
- When everything is dry you can take the felt and cut them into strips to make cute little scarves and then glue them onto your snowmen!
I think this craft is really awesome for memories and to decorate your tree! I know I would love to have something like this to look back on!
Recommendations: For smaller hands, use smaller ornaments. For bigger hands, use bigger ornaments!
This craft will be something fun to do with family, and mostly mess free!
